CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD:
4 rounds for max reps of:
0:30 Ring Push ups, 0:15 off
0:30 Box Jumps 20″, 0:15 off
0:30 Double Unders
Rest 1:00 between rounds. Post reps per round and total reps to comments.

Subbed air squats for box jumps since I don't have a box. Single unders for doubles because I suck.

Ring Push-ups: 15+15+12+12 = 54
air squats: 22+24+26+26 = 100
Single-unders: 43+53+56+46 = 198
