Broke into sets of ten pull-ups/ten dips with walking breaks. Next time try doing sets of five with shorter breaks to get a faster time. Ran out of time before I could
get to 120. Last 3 sets were on the gravitron.

With a continuously running clock, squat for 60 seconds. Subtract the number of squats completed from 60, and do that many pull-ups in minute two. In minute three, squat again, subtracting the number completed from 60. Do that number of push-ups in minute four. Minute five is squatting again, and minute six pull-ups.

The pattern is squats, pull-ups, squats, push-ups, squats, pull-ups, etc. The goal is to stay within the workout's formula for as long as possible.

Don't do more than 60 squats in any round.

In any case, stay moving for at least 12 minutes.

Warm up:
three rounds of 50 sit-ups/Max squats in 60 seconds

Started with wall runs. Did about 18 steps there. The proceeded to do three
rounds of max handstand hold (all under one minute) and 15 HSPU on the stairs.

Finished with 10:00 warm-up on bike and 3 sets of 8 Tabata intervals/1 minute rest and 5 minute cool-down.

This sped up nicely when I managed to get a good rhythm going on the broad-jump. Definitely some time to be picked up there on the next effort.

I maxed out at about 1:20 on the handstand. Need to figure out how to work up to 2 minutes. Also tried wall-runs. Did about 12 of those before I gave up.

Tried to get up to 115 after 105 and failed to get under it. After that I was having failures all over the place at 105 and 95, which previously had seemed pretty easy. Very disappointing.
