Five rounds, each for time of:( 20 Pull-ups( 30 Push-ups( 40 Sit-ups( 50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Compare to 090911.
Only had time to make it through four rounds. Used the gravitron after the first round. Memory full on my watch so I can't get the time on the rounds.
