5 Manmakers, Boys 35# dumbbells/Girls 25# dumbbells
30 Squats
Run 400 M
I used 25 lbs dumbbells because those were the biggest/non-massive hex dumbbells at the gym. I tried using round dumbbells and that just wasn't going to happen.
