45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

45 pound plate. Discovered today that barbell at the Comer Center is only 30 pounds. Ouch. Time: 16:01

Last time: 15:17 what a difference 15 pounds makes.

going to work on adding weight to this every week. I'm thinking 2.5 pound increments
