15 DB/KB Deadlifts
10 Alternating Unweighted Step Ups

Suggested Weight Range
Men: 20-40# Single DB/KB - or - pair of lighter dumbbells
Women: 12-30# Single DB/KB - or - pair of lighter dumbbells
Goal: 4-6 Rounds

Scaled: 30 sec row, 115 lb. Deadlifts, 20" Step-Ups
Round 1: 2 Rounds + 30 sec row + 15 Deadlifts + 4 Step-Ups
Round 2: 3 Rounds

Warm-up 10 minute row: 2260m, 2:12.7/500m
