♂ 35-lb. DBs, use one for pull-ups
Scaled: strict pull-ups, 25-lb. dumbbells
11 rounds
Warm-up 10 minute row: 2304m, 2:10.2/500m
Cool-down 10 minute row: 2231m, 2:14.4/500m
