"Heavy Lynne"

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Weighted Pull-ups: 45 pounds

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

BW 175: 9/4, 10/4, 8/3, 6/4, 6/3

The number of reps was so low at 45, I think 25 would be a better number next time I try this.

Warm-up 10 minute row: 2352m, 2:07.5/500m
