Deadlift: 265 (deloading)
Supine Bar Pull-ups: 23-15-12
Followed by:
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes
Run 400 M
Max Games Style Push ups
(Your round is over if you rest on the ground or put a knee down)
7 rounds, plus 200 meters run. Started off with 33 push-ups and worked my way down to 12.
