Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Bench Press: 135 (82%)
Clean: 95 (58%)

Time: 30:00

Only had two bars, spent a lot of time switching between deadlift and clean. Great workout at this weight, could go heavier but that might slow me down more than it's worth.
