Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
25 Burpees
Body weight back squat, 15 reps
Did 135 lb. back squats (80% body weight). 4 rounds.
Finished up with some weighted pull-ups and dips (25, 35, 45 lbs) and
some bench presses.
