400 Meter Run
Then 2 Rounds of:
5 Unweighted Lungester
10 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch
Rest 1 Minute Between Sets

Suggestions
Men: 20-30# Ruck/Weight Vest | 25-35# DB
Women: 10-20# Ruck/Weight Vest | 10-20# DB
Goal: 17-25 Minutes

Scaled: 20 lb. Vest, 35 lb. Dumbbell
