StrongLifts 5x5 Workout A
Squat 5x5: 225
Bench Press 5x5: 175
Inverted Rows 3x12

Did this at The Gym on free weights. Squats were good, but stalled out on the bench press.
5-5-4-4-3. No time for assistance exercises.
