Assistance Exercises, three rounds of:
10 pull-ups with 25 pound weight belt
10 dips with 25 pound weight belt
90 second plank
400 meter farmer's carry, 55 pound dumbbells.
Tried doing squats and bench presses but my back was too tender from my last chiropractic adjustment so I mixed up workouts A and B. Hopefully I can pick up where I left off on Monday.
