100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Did 50 of each. Stopwatch wasn't going for the first couple sets of pull-ups, so I'm guessing I finished this in about 20 min. Over half the time was spent on pull-ups. Did incline sit-ups. Felt like I should have been able to do the push/sit/squat portion a lot faster.
